Hoverboard Returns and Shipping Policy
We offers FREE standard shipping on all orders. Please allow 5-10 business days for your hoverboard to arrive. We process all credit card orders through Authorize.net, please note that it takes 1 day after your order is placed for the order to settle and be ready for shipping. Any orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Time will settle 2 days after order is placed. Shipping and billing must match when an order is placed. For security reasons we DO NOT SHIP TO DIFFERENT BILLING AND SHIPPING addresses without ID verification. Orders with P.O. Box address will not be shipped out. We will reach out and request P.O. Box address to be changed to a normal address, if customers does not wish to change address on file, order will be refunded. Addresses provide by customers must be verified by their credit card company. Hovertronix does not ship to American Armed Forces Bases, AE. Hovertronix does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Hovertronix products are satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned within 15 days of delivery date. After the 15 days are up, only the one year warranty applies and returns are no longer accepted. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be made through paypal to the original purchaser . All returns must be in original condiditon (no scratches, dents, wear and tear) and include the original packaging with all parts inside. Only items purchased from www.hovertronix.com can be accepted for return. Hovertronix purchases from our authorized dealers cannot be returned through our website, you must discuss the return with your local shop. Shipping fees must be paid by customer on all returns.
To process a return, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the hoverboard, all accessories and original packaging so we can view and accept your return. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. It is recommended to ship via UPS Ground. Once we accept your return and you have shipped your item(s) email us the Return Tracking Number of your return package so we can monitor your delivery status. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

All our hoverboards come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Please note that we offer an Extended Warranty which is available at Cart page as an add on. Our warranty only covers faulty boards and manufacturer defects. It does not cover any physical damage including, but not limited to: wear and tear, water damage, broken lights, dropped units, cracked outer shells.
